Following on from John's Chapter in the recent Paul Sykes book 'Unfinished Agony' we have now started work with John to undertake the publication of his own story, in the form of two recent meetings in Leeds City Centre, withg interviews of around 10 hour stints each sitting. For those who don't know ... John L. Gardner (born 19 March 1953) is a former British, Commonwealth, and European Heavyweight Champion. Original published in 1990 Paul Sykes book Sweet Agony penned whilst in Prison became highly collectible, the re-publishing some years later in 2016, in a similar vane to the original the book, saw a renewed interest in Paul's story.
